Delete your in30A account

You can delete your in30A account and the personal data tied to it at any time.

In the app

Open the in30A app and go to Profile > Account Details > Delete Account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email hello@in30a.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my in30A account”. We’ll confirm and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, favorites, itineraries, reviews and ratings, Photo Wall posts, comments and likes, community questions and answers, lost and found posts, saved alerts and notification preferences, push token, suggestions and corrections, and support messages.

What may be kept

• Anonymous community condition reports (parking, shuttle, beach flag, restroom, wait times), which can’t be traced to you.
• Booking records, which we and the business you booked with may keep for our records.
• Replies other users wrote to your posts; your post is removed or unlinked from you.
• Backups and logs, for a short time until they age out.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that can’t identify you.
