in30A Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. What in30A Is

in30A is a discovery and information app for the 30A corridor in Walton County, Florida. It shows local businesses, beach accesses, parking, transit, events, weather and beach conditions, and lets you save places, build itineraries, ask questions and request bookings from some businesses.

By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

2. Accounts

You can browse in30A without an account. You need one to save favorites, build itineraries, write reviews, post to the community areas, or manage notification settings.

You agree to give accurate information when you sign up, to keep your login details to yourself, and to be responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.

We may suspend or remove an account that is used to post unlawful content, to harass other users, to impersonate someone, or to submit deliberately false reports.

3. Beach, Water and Safety Information

This is the most important section in this document.

in30A shows two kinds of beach flag information, and they are not the same thing.

Some of it comes from public sources such as the South Walton Fire District and the National Weather Service. Some of it is reported by other app users, who are members of the public and not lifeguards. Community reports are labelled as such in the App.

Neither kind is an official safety authority, neither is guaranteed to be current or correct, and conditions at the shoreline can change within minutes. Do not use in30A to decide whether it is safe to enter the water. Always look at the flags physically flying at the beach access, read the posted signage, and follow the instructions of lifeguards and South Walton Fire District personnel. Their word overrides anything shown in this App, always.

The same applies to parking counts, shuttle status, restroom conditions, wait times and business opening hours. These are provided for convenience and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong.

4. Parking Information

Live parking space counts come from Park Walton County’s public parking system and are shown with the time they were last updated. They are not a reservation, a guarantee that a space will be free when you arrive, or a statement about whether you are permitted to park in a given lot. Payment, permits, time limits and enforcement are matters between you and the operator of the lot.

5. Content You Post

You keep ownership of the reviews, photos, questions, answers and reports you post. By posting them you give us permission to display them in the App and to keep showing them to other users.

You agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and not to submit false condition reports, since other people make decisions based on them.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and the App has reporting and auto-hiding mechanisms for content other users flag.

6. Bookings and Third-Party Businesses

Some listings let you request a booking, either by sending a request through the App or by following a link to the business’s own booking system.

in30A is not a party to those bookings. The contract is between you and the business. We do not control their pricing, availability, cancellation terms, safety practices, insurance or conduct, and we are not responsible for them. Any dispute about a booking is between you and that business.

Where a link takes you to a third-party site, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave the App.

7. Business Listings

Listing information is gathered from public sources, from business owners and, in some cases, from third-party data providers. We try to keep it accurate but cannot promise it is. Inclusion of a business is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the goods or services any listed business provides.

If you are a business owner and something about your listing is wrong, you can submit a correction through the App.

8. Availability

We try to keep the App working and up to date, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Some features depend on third-party services and public data feeds that we do not control, and those can change or stop without notice. Features may be added, changed or removed.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App and everything in it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Ending Your Use

You can stop using the App at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the App at Profile, then Account Details, then Delete Account. What is removed and what is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown by an updated date at the top, and continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
